At Rangnoor Sarees, we value your trust and strive to deliver premium quality ethnic wear. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. The product should be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags, packaging, and invoice intact.
Returns Not Accepted
We do not accept returns for minor thread variations, handwork irregularities, or customized/altered sarees (fall, pico, blouse stitching, etc.).
Return Process
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Share your Order ID along with clear photos and an unboxing video. After verification, our team will guide you further.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed after product inspection and may take 5–7 working days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method. COD refunds are processed via bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Important Note
An unboxing video is mandatory for return claims. Rangnoor Sarees reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy conditions.
