Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be offered on selected products or on orders above a specified value, as mentioned on our website.

Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days across India. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier service. Remote areas may require additional time. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email. You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link.

Delays in Shipping
Rangnoor Sarees is not responsible for delays caused by courier service issues, natural calamities, public holidays, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

Incorrect Address
Customers must provide accurate shipping details. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.

Damaged Package
If you receive a damaged package, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.
